What you tell us

The qualification screener asks about your age range, work history, health condition category, and current work status. Your answers are used to show your qualification rating. If you request a claim review, we collect the name, email, optional phone number, and situation you share so our team can follow up with you. We never ask for your Social Security number or medical record numbers on this site.

Visit and call measurement

We use RingFuel, a measurement service, to understand which of our advertising links lead to visits and phone calls. When you arrive from one of our ads, RingFuel may receive technical details about the visit — such as the page you landed on, the campaign link you followed (including its UTM parameters), and general device and browser information — for advertising measurement and call attribution.

This measurement does not run for visitors in regions that require consent for it (including the EU, UK, and Switzerland), or when a visitor's region cannot be determined.

What we never do

• We never sell your personal information.
• We never ask for your Social Security number through this website.
• We never share your screener answers with advertisers.

Your choices

You can use the screener without requesting a review — nothing is sent to our team unless you submit the review form. If you've contacted us and want your details removed, call us at 1-888-663-7044 and we'll take care of it.

Who we are

QualifySSDI is a private qualification screener and education service. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with the Social Security Administration. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and only Social Security can decide a claim or state a payment amount.
